I submitted the wrong address for my order. Can I change it?

• We can only change/update the shipping address for a customer's order before it's shipped. Please note that we can only change shipping addresses to the same country that was specified in the initial order.
• If your order has already shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.
• We cannot change or update a customer's billing address or payment method after the order has been placed.

If you wish to change the shipping address indicated on your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the updated/corrected address
