My tracking information indicates that my order is "delivered", but I still haven't received anything. What should I do?
Updated
Sometimes postal carriers may update tracking information before it arrives at its destination. If this happens, your package should be delivered according to our estimates within 24 to 48 hours after updating your tracking information (see table of delivery times by country).
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your neighbors, your building's front desk or your postal carrier to confirm the exact time and place of delivery. Perhaps you'll find your package at one of these places.
For international customers, the items are often marked as "delivered" when they're actually being held by customs or the local parcel service. If your package has not arrived, please contact them before contacting us.
