I do not want the items I've ordered. How can I return them for a refund or an exchange?
We only accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery.
The items must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging, including all goodies and accessories.
We do not accept exchanges for limited edition merchandise.
If you meet the above requirements, please contact us to initiate the return/exchange process.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an order unless the return or exchange is due to our fault.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days for your item to be processed in our warehouse once it has been delivered. Once it's processed, you'll be alerted via email. Refunds can take from 3 to 10 working days to appear in your bank account once processed.
Returning part of your order will result in a refund for the returned item only. If your entire order is returned, you'll be refunded the entire cost of your order (items + shipping costs).
