Once we have verified that your order is incorrect, we will email you a link to make your return.
Importantly, if you receive an incorrect item, we ask that you send photos to our customer service department for validation.
Once we have received the photos and the product is found to be faulty, we will send you a returns form to attach to your parcel.
Once received, we will refund or exchange the product, as you wish.
