If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us immediately with your order number and the reason for your cancelation.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it until the item(s) are returned to our warehouse.
If your cancellation request is not processed before your order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellations and refunds are irreversible once they have been executed.
Refunds are only returned to the original account from which the order was placed. We are unable to refund other bank accounts or credit cards.
